Eighth Annual Snowy Owl Guided Tour
Announcing the 8th annual Snowy Owl Guided Tour – February 25 ~ 27, 2022.
All that enroll for this tour must arrive at the hotel destination by 3 pm on Friday, February 25, 2022. This is usually a critical necessity for check-in and meet and greet. Sometimes we even get our first owl in the golden hour of that day. We begin our first day early Saturday morning. This will be our only full day. We take a break for lunch and a quick nap if you need it (LoL!). Saturday evening dinner is spent as a group at an affordable but very good local restaurant. Sunday morning we get another early start and finish by noon. If you are departing on this day, please, book flights after 5 pm to ensure sufficient commuting and check-in times at the airport. Even though the guided tour ends at noon on Sunday, many folks plan on staying another day or two to re-visit the hotspots that they learned for that year.

We have seen as many as 14 different owls during these tours. During the 2019 tour in addition to many different snowy owls, we saw a completely white male and a golden eagle. Keep in mind that we see and photograph many other bird species on this tour, including but not limited to, Peregrine Falcons, Bald Eagles, Rough-legged Hawks, Northern Harrier Hawks, Common Eiders, Common Loons, Halequin Ducks, Northern Pintails, Surf Scoters, Barred Owls, and Screech Owls.

Additional Information
The cost for guide service is only $450. The payment deadline is December 31, 2021. Early Bird payment is $425 if paid by October 31, 2021.
Each person is responsible for all additional costs including but not limited to travel, stay, transportation, and meals. Each person must also sign a waiver of liability for accidents, lost/stolen property, etc… No refunds are available after payment.
